BrewBuilt™ Tri-Clamp Spunding Valve | 1 BAR | 0.3–14.5 PSI

The tri-clamp spunding valve from BrewBuilt was designed for use with the X-Series Uni Conical Fermenter. It installs in the 1.5" TC port where the blow off U barb is normally installed. It can also be used with any pressurizable stainless steel conical with 1.5" T.C. top ports. The polycarbonate cylinder that surrounds the spunding valve can be filled with water or sanitizer to keep your tank 100% sanitary throughout the fermentation process.

For Your Safety: Never exceed the maximum rated working pressure of your vessel at any time during operation. The fixed-pressure PRV on your conical should always remain in place while using this spunding valve.

1.5" tri-clamp spunding valve with in-line pressure gauge. Can be used with any pressure-rated stainless steel fermenter for accurate blow off settings while fermenting under pressure. The pressure gauge reads from 0-35 psi or 0-0.25 MPa. The spunding valve is scaled in both psi and BAR, up to 32 psi (2.2 BAR).

The Blow Tie Spunding Valve is used to release excess pressure on a pressurized fermenter or from a keg while doing pressure transfers. Thanks to the large surface area of the diaphragm, this style spunding valve is much more accurate than the poppet style. 8 mm Duotight fittings at both inlet and outlet make this unit perfect for use with EVABarrier 8 mm OD tubing (D1717 or D1718).

The BlowTie 2 features an integrated pressure gauge so you can quickly and easily dial in your pressure setting. The analog gauge is removable and can be swapped out with a gauge of a different pressure range or it can be swapped out for the Digital Mini Pressure Gauge.
