このたび、米国Middleby社より、同社のBrewing事業（Wild Goose Filling、Ss Brewtech等）を年内に終息するとの発表がありました。
すでに一部の報道やメーカー各社のサイトを通じてご存じの方もいらっしゃるかと思います。
正直に申し上げます。今回の発表は、弊社にとっても突然のものでした。

現時点では、判明していないことの方が多く、弊社もまた皆様と同じく限られた情報の中で事実の確認を急いでいる段階です。
その上で弊社の立場だけは、はっきりお伝えします。
弊社は、これまで通り皆様の窓口であり続けます。
6年間で約100台を超えるWild Goose製缶充填機を国内にお届けし、その据付から日々の調整、巻き締めの合わせ込みに至るまで、現場で数多くのトラブルに向き合ってきました。
その経験の蓄積こそが、今の弊社の土台です。
Wild Goose製缶充填機の主要な稼働部品、巻締ローラーやチャック、各種シリンダー、モーター、VFD（インバータ）等の多くは、メーカー専用の特注品ではありません。

市場で流通している同一の部品を、弊社はメーカーを介さずとも同じものとして調達することができ、実際にこれまで幾度も調達・交換してまいりました。
調達先、交換手順、交換後の再調整までを把握しております。
これらにつきましては、メーカーの供給体制に依存することなく、引き続き供給と保守を続けることが可能です。（アメリカ→日本の物流網もしっかりと確立しております。）
一方で、Wild Goose独自の内製部品につきましては、本年末までに在庫を拡充するとともに、国内での代替供給の確保を進めてまいります。

メーカーの後ろ盾が細くなる可能性を、弊社は深刻に受け止めています。
だからこそ、皆様のラインを止めないための土壌を、今のうちに、全力で確保してまいります。

汎用性の高い構成機器（FTSs等）は、すでに代替品の供給網を確保しており、継続してご提供が可能です。
専用ガスケット等の消耗品につきましても、本年末までに在庫を拡充し、導入済み機器を末長くお使いいただける体制を整えてまいります。
憶測や未確定の情報でかえって皆様のご判断を惑わせることのないよう、確実な情報のみをお伝えする方針です。

なお、今回の終息は、Wild GooseやSs Brewtech自体の評価によるものではなく、Middleby社が複数ブランドを擁するBrewing事業全体を一括して整理する中で、収益に貢献していた製品までもが一括して畳まれた経営判断先行の決定であったと弊社は受け止めております。
長年にわたり多くの醸造家に選ばれてきた両製品の技術そのものが、否定されたわけではありません。
とりわけWild Gooseにつきましては、米国においてもその技術と現場を惜しむ声が少なくなく、弊社はこうした声とも積極的に連携しながら、この技術を絶やさず将来につなぐために、弊社自身が果たし得る役割を模索して参ります。

Middleby Corporation has announced that it will wind down its Brewing business (including Wild Goose Filling and Ss Brewtech) by the end of this year. Some of you may already have learned of this through news coverage or the manufacturers' own websites.
We will be honest with you: this announcement came as a surprise to us as well. At this stage, there is more that remains unclear than clear, and like you, we are working with limited information to confirm the facts as quickly as we can.
What we can state clearly, however, is where we stand.
We remain your point of contact, exactly as before. Over the past six years we have delivered more than 100 Wild Goose canning systems across Japan, and we have been on the ground for all of it — from installation to day-to-day adjustment to fine-tuning the double seam, working through countless issues in the field. That accumulated experience is the foundation of who we are today.
Many of the key working parts of the Wild Goose canning system — the seaming rollers, chucks, cylinders, motors, VFDs (inverters), and more — are not manufacturer-exclusive, custom-made components. We are able to source the very same parts ourselves, without going through the manufacturer, and we have in fact procured and replaced them many times. We know the suppliers, the replacement procedures, and the re-adjustment required afterward. For these parts, we can continue to supply and service your equipment without depending on the manufacturer's supply chain. (Our U.S.-to-Japan logistics network is also firmly established.)
For the parts proprietary to Wild Goose, we will expand our stock by the end of this year and, in parallel, work to secure domestic (Japan-based) alternative supply. We take the possibility of the manufacturer's support thinning out very seriously. That is precisely why we are securing the groundwork now — with everything we have — to keep your lines running.
We will take the same approach with Ss Brewtech products. For the more general-purpose components (such as the FTSs), we have already secured an alternative supply network and can continue to provide them. For consumables such as the proprietary gaskets, we will expand our stock by the end of this year so that your installed equipment can be used for many years to come. We will share updates on this as new information becomes available.
Regarding our future service structure, we will provide accurate updates on this page each time something is confirmed. Our policy is to communicate only verified information, so that speculation or unconfirmed reports do not cloud your own judgment.

We understand this discontinuation not as a reflection on Wild Goose or Ss Brewtech themselves, but as a management-led decision in which Middleby, in consolidating its entire multi-brand Brewing business, wound down even the products that were contributing to its earnings. The technology behind both products — chosen by so many brewers over the years — has not been repudiated. In the case of Wild Goose in particular, there are many in the United States who are reluctant to see its technology and expertise lost, and we are actively engaging with those voices as we explore the role we ourselves can play in carrying this technology forward rather than letting it disappear.
At this point, we cannot guarantee everything for every part and every situation. What we are doing is putting in place, now, the preparations needed to keep your installed equipment running.
